The Cameo Club Casino realizes the impossibility of having a rule that speaks to every situation which may arise while playing.  On occasion, management's decision will be made based on interpretation of rules not specifically listed herein.

GENERAL RULES

1. Players must protect their own hand at all times.

2. If money is placed on the table, chips must be requested.

3. Please do not criticize other players or use loud or vulgar language.

4. As a safeguard to all players, only ENGLISH should be spoken at the card tables while a hand is in play.

5. House does not stand good for mistakes.

6. The Cameo Club Casino reserves the right to refuse or restrict privileges at any time.

7. At the discretion of management, some players may be prohibited from playing at the same table.

8. A player is allowed to be away from the table for a maximum of 30 minutes, once per day.  After that the player is subject to have his/her seat forfeited.

9. Players seated in a game have first preference to move to another seat in the same game.  A seat belongs to the new player when the floor person locks that seat.

10. Changes in the limit of a game may be made only after management's approval.

11. A player moving into a different game must have the specified "buy-in", unless he/she is from a broken game and cannot get a seat in the same limit.  The game must be equal to or lower than the broken game to enter with a short buy.  That player may take a hand immediately, or abide by the "blind rules" relating to a new player.

12. Should a player be forced to change tables not by his/her request (limit increase, change in game, etc.) he/she will be treated as a player from a broken game, and dealt in immediately.  However, if he/she allows the blind to pass, he/she is considered a new player and is not entitled to any free hands.

13. A player may cash in all his chips at any time.  If a player quits a game and returns to the same game in less than half hour, he/she must return with at least the same amount he/she left with.

14. No person may play another player's chips for more than one round.  No one is allowed to play over a player's chips.  (Discretion of management)

15. The Cameo Club Casino prohibits all games of chance.  Low spading (or other similar practice) are not allowed.

16. All chips must remain on the table, except to pat for casino products or services.  Chips cannot be passed to another player, even for an ante or blind.  Only card and chips are allowed on the table.

17. Absolutely no back-lining.

18. Players not in the game are not allowed on the rail.

19. Request for a change of deck will be granted only once per round of dealing.  Request for a change of set up will be honored no more than once per 30 minutes.

20. One extra scramble or shuffle is permitted upon a player's request.  (Limit one request per player per round of dealing.)

21. Boxed cards are considered non-existent.

22. Two extra cards off the deck on the deal constitute a misdeal, if in management's opinion, the error cannot be corrected.  Also, if the one out of the first two card dealt is turned over, it is deemed a misdeal.  In both instances, hands are re-dealt.

23. If one or more cards of the same suit and value, or cards of different color appear in the deck, the deck is fouled and the hands are all dead.  No action.  Action on all preceding hands stands.  The fouled cards are replaced and the hand is finished.

24. If a player saying "deal me in" who has not returned to his/her seat after the dealer has dealt past him/her the second round, he/she cannot receive a hand.  If a player is dealt a hand and has not returned to his/her seat in time to act in turn, his/her hand is dead and put into the discards.  If a player sitting at the table at the beginning of the deal is not dealt a hand, and substantial action has occurred, the hand will not be re-dealt, but the player may be entitled to a hand based on management's discretion.

25. A verbal declaration in turn, which causes another player to act in turn, or to put money in the pot, in binding.  To avoid confusion, a player raising a bet should verbally declare a raise.  A call made behind the raise may be withdrawn if the raise was not audibly declared.  If a raise may be compelled to complete the raise at management's discretion.

26. Anyone who check out of turn may not initiate action.

27. Players must act on their hands in turn.  Action on a hand out of turn is not binding.  Knocking or tapping the table in turn constitute a pass.  If a player neglects to act in turn, and substantial action occurs, he/she forfeits his/her right to initiate action.  A player must stop action by calling "time" (or in another appropriate manner), in order to protect his/her individual right to act.

28. A short bet or call must be completed.  If a player acting in turn releases chips onto the table with forward motion, constitute a bet or call.

29. A player who is "all in" must make a verbal declaration at that time or is subject to lose all rights to the pot.

30. A bet and three raises are allowed.  Completing the blind of force-in is considered the first bet.  There is no limit to the number of raises, when only two active players remain.

31. If a player drops a card out of his/her hand, and off the table, that card is dead and cannot be played.  If a card is dealt of the table, it is a dead card and shall be replaced.

32. CARD SPEAK.  Verbal declaration as to the content of a player's hand is not binding.  However, at the discretion of management, any player intentionally miscalling his/her hand may have that hand fouled.

33. Do not expose cards at any time except on showdowns.

34. At a showdown, if a player shows his/her cards to another player at that game, he/she must show his/her cards to all, if requested by another player.

35. Any player who was dealt a hand at his/her table has the right to see any and all active hands, except when a bet or raise was not called.

36. A hand is not considered dead, if upon management's discretion it is considered retrievable.

37. Once a hand is out of play, management cannot render a decision regarding that hand.

38. Management reserves the right to make decisions, which are in the best interest of the game.  Therefore, under special circumstances, a decision may be rendered that is contrary to the strict and technical interpretation of these rules.

39. DECISION OF MANAGEMENT IS FINAL!
